As a Purgreens Team Member, you will be an ambassador for our mission: building healthier communities by connecting people to real food. We love team players! Whether you’re passionate about providing exceptional customer experience, preparing healthy foods in the kitchen, or keeping our workstations clean and organized, you’ll have the support of your manager and team to create an experience our customers will love.

What You’ll Do

These responsibilities highlight some of the key functions a Purgreens Team Member will perform. They include but are not limited to:

  • Hospitality & Brand Ambassadorship: Greet customers, providing a world class customer experience from hello to goodbye; provide information on menu options and our food ethos.
  • Menu Knowledge & Food Preparation: Learn our menu and ingredients; Prep hot and cold food items for frontline and online orders
  • Manual Operation of Kitchen Tools: Safely operate kitchen tools and utensils; read and execute instructions accurately
  • Food Safety & Cleanliness: Follow food safety standards; maintain clean workstations throughout your shift
  • Restaurant Organization, Dishwashing & Support: Maintain dish area, receive and restock orders, assist with kitchen tasks as necessary
  • Physical Requirements: Lift up to 11 Kilos, stand for extended periods.

You must be able to perform all the above essential job duties satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.
  • You must be 16 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in Australia
