Our Journey to Willoughby
In 2019, our founders, Dani and Diego, arrived in Australia, immediately feeling at home with its vibrant, health-focused culture. Inspired by this energy, they chose North Willoughby, NSW, as the home for the first Purgreens, blending their roots and rich culinary traditions of Hidalgo, Mexico with Australia’s zest for healthy living. This location serves as our launchpad for pioneering nutritious and delicious food solutions that are good for you and the planet.
And we hope that North Willoughby is just the beginning. The aim is to bring our ethos of fresh, fast, eco-friendly dining to more communities. Each new site will emphasise sustainable practices, embrace local produce, and engage deeply with its community to promote wellness and environmental stewardship.
